I enjoy taking these old school traditional dishes, and giving them a contemporary twist. Meatloaf is about as old school as it gets, but I think the bold flavors I’ve included into the mix produce a meatloaf like you have actually never ever had it before.
For this dish, I utilize my homemade steak rub, but you can alternative to a beef or steak flavoring of your option if you don’t desire to make your own. The little pinch of cayenne in the homemade rub just adds a little kiss of heat inside the meatloaf itself and it is phenomenal!! That homemade touch truly contributes to the final Jack ‘d Up Smoked Meatloaf experience.
