  • 2 tbsp olive oil.
  • 3/4 ripe avocado, diced.
  • 1 environment-friendly onion, cut.
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro.
  • 1 small clove garlic, diced.
  • 1 tbsp lime juice.
  • 1/2 tsp lime passion.
  • 1/4 tsp each salt, fresh ground pepper, ground cumin and also chili powder.
To set up the dish:.
  1. Add the lettuce to the base of an offering dish, include rice and other wanted toppings then drizzle with cilantro-lime avocado clothing.
