Ahhh it’s Monday once again! This Monday is not simply my typical Monday! I’m finally getting on the band wagon and trying this Whole 30 difficulty. If you haven’t become aware of the Whole 30
difficulty it’s essentially tidy eating for 30 days, so my friends that suggests no sugar, dairy, grains, legumes, alcohol. They aren’t messing around!

4 Large Portobello Mushrooms
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 Cup Olive Oil
4 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
In a large plastic Ziplock bag integrate the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper and salt.
Then using a spoon lets prep the mushrooms. I always remove the gills from the mushrooms, however its a choice truly. Using the spoon gently scoop out the gills and discard them; wash the mushroom then place in the marinade.
